Yeet Seat is all about getting comfy, which is why we want you to feel comfortable purchasing from us. 

28-day hassle-free returns

We provide 28-day hassle-free returns. We will send you a shipping label to return at our expense for a full refund.  

Yes - sale items do qualify for free returns! 

Yes - we pay the shipping cost back to us - so you are not out of pocket should you choose to return. 

All we ask is that it is unused

To be eligible for a return, your Yeet Seat must be in the same condition as when you received it- unused, with all tags in its original packaging.

In the event of a defective product - we'll sort it 

In the rare event your Yeet Seat is damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival, know that our team is here to make it right as quickly as possible. Simply email us and let us know - pictures are really helpful too! 

Note that our outer zippers are safety zippers and do not have a pull tag. This is deliberate to help keep your beanbag safe. Simply bend a paperclip into the zip to pull the zipper. 

Starting a return is so easy

Simply email us at customercare@yeetseat.com and we will organise for your free return shipping label to be emailed. Simply drop into the post office and you will be underway. 

We can help you exchange if that is preferred

No worries. If you’d like to exchange your Yeet Seat, the fastest way is to contact us at customercare@yeetseat.com and we will make it happen. 

Quick refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll advise you once it is approved that your refund is being processed. We'll process within 3 days to your original payment method. Note that each bank's processing times to you will vary. 

If it has been more than 10 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at customercare@yeetseat.com.
